Pressure wash or soft wash?
Pressure washing is for hard surfaces — concrete, stone, brick pavers — where grime is ground in and the surface can take the force. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution for everything that would be damaged by force: siding, stucco, EIFS, painted surfaces, roofs and window-heavy storefronts. Using high pressure on a building facade is how amateurs strip paint and force water behind walls — knowing which method belongs where is most of the trade. Every quote specifies which surfaces get which treatment, and why.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force and is for hard surfaces — concrete, stone, pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus the right cleaning solution and is for everything force would damage: siding, stucco, painted surfaces, roofs. Most properties need both, on different surfaces, in the same visit — and every quote we write maps which is which.
Can you work while my business is closed?
That is the normal way, not the exception. Storefronts, restaurants and drive-thrus get washed overnight or before open so no customer ever steps over a hose. Tell us your hours and the schedule comes back built around them.
How often should a commercial property be washed?
Sidewalks and entries at busy retail: quarterly is the standard, monthly for food-heavy frontage. Building facades: once or twice a year. Drive-thrus: quarterly at minimum — grease does not take holidays. Recurring routes price below one-off visits and remove the remembering.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
High pressure on the wrong surface absolutely will — stripped paint, forced-in water and etched stucco are the classic amateur signatures. That is exactly why buildings and houses get soft washing from us, never raw pressure. Concrete gets the force; everything delicate gets chemistry and patience.
